Product Return Policy (Based on Islamic Principles)

• Acknowledging the concept of “Khiyar ash-shart” (option of condition) in Islamic commercial transactions, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of purchase.
• This timeframe allows buyers sufficient opportunity to assess their purchase and ensure it meets their expectations.

2. Required Return Form:

• To initiate a return, customers are required to download and complete the provided return form (attached).
• This form ensures that all necessary information is collected for efficient processing.

3. Conditions for Return:

• Returned products must be in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
• The product should not exhibit signs of excessive use or damage.
• These conditions are established to maintain fairness to the seller, enabling the product to be resold.

4. Proof of Purchase:

• Customers must provide the original purchase receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

5. Return Process:

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product and the completed return form, a refund or exchange will be processed.
• This process ensures transparency and accountability.

6. 25% Restocking Fee After 15 Days:

• Returns initiated after the 15-day return window will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• This fee helps to recover the costs associated with handling late returns and the decreased value of the product.
